 I think maybe I forgot how this worked.  I just added ivansanchez as
 regular user and marked as LDAP.

 It's possible I had done that with all accounts I had created and forgot.
 Anyway I tried that with an ldap test account I had and was able to log in
 with that and then deleted the account from limesurvey after.

 I'll leave this open as we should probably document instructions for this.
