 LDAP is working now as expected.  It requires LDAP to create a room (be
 moderator), but once someone is a moderator, everyone else will be let in
 as a guest.  The only time a guest is prompted for anything is when the
 moderator assigns a password to a room.

 I'll keep this open until we have all the setups in ansible.

 I also got rid of the WIP, so link is now
 https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/sac/osgeo9/wiki/jitsi

 and added to SAC Services.

 One thing that doesn't seem to be working is the whiteboard.

 But other features like video, audio, chat, and even breakout rooms are
 working.

 Going to see if we can get whiteboard working.
