 - provide https
 - design could be related to website
 - some links are worng or outdated
 - maybe chane text Live DVDs and Virtual Machines to better: OSGeoLive
 Virtual machines and more
 - please update Mapbender link to  https://mapbender.org/en/download/
 - change Proj.4 to PROJ
 - delete rasdaman download it is broken
 - fix dead link  Administration Info
