Comment:

 You know who the admin is of the qgis.pt list.  I think other lists in the
 past to avoid this issue have set mailing to email munging.

 I think the issue is with mail servers that do strict dkim checking, I'm
 guessing your domain does, so osgeo sending on behalf of you would raise a
 red flag and the naturalgis.pt would tell other mail servers the email is
 not trusted.
