Discourse admin access for Jody Garnett

Jody has been helping out with Discourse. https://discourse.osgeo.org 
He'd be able to help more if he has Admin access to discourse so that he can
create categories, server moderation, edit categories etc.
Unfortunately the only way one can edit categories is to be a full admin.

Does anyone have issue with me granting him such access?
