 This is still an unsolved issue for GRASS GIS. Some years have gone since
 this ticket was filed and the problems with unsigned binary distributions
 for Mac have become increasingly troublesome.

 What is the current status of OSGeo's Apple developer certificate and how
 can we proceed today?
