Volunteering on the OSGeo website

 Indeed, thank you for looking at these issues.

We started collecting some of the problems in a document here: OSGeo
Website Update 2025 Workplan
<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ZLW7x22kwku1_FwotJ3VsF1cnCXYmXT1U_5tSqWAST8/edit?usp=sharing>
However the activity was not funded as part of the marketing committee
budget.

In that document there are immediate priorities:

   - Updating the icon set to include mastadon and so on ... presently it
   still has google+!
   - Rolling back some of the changes made to the theme for the project
   pages. We had an attempt to add "osgeo project", "osgeo community" labels
   as seen in the project list - however the result has been some duplication
   at the top of each page.

Other communication options:

   - Marketing <https://discourse.osgeo.org/c/committees/marketing/46>
   (Discourse) tends to focus on content
   - OSGeo Website <https://discourse.osgeo.org/c/website/2> (Discourse)
   public feedback
   - GitHub <https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/issues> - used a lot for public
   feedback prior to discourse being available (I made a website
   <https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/issues?q=is%3Aissue%20state%3Aopen%20label%3Awebsite>
    label)
