Joining the SAC team

Thank you for the opportunity. I look forward to be of help. To start with
I wanted to do 2 things:
- Get emails from social at osgeo.org to social at jsonsingh.com (for bluesky
verification)
- Udpate the DNS with a TXT record to get verification with Bluesky

If this falls out of the current trust level, I am happy to pick something
smaller and lower level of scope. I see the tickets on trac which are even
older than 9 years so not sure where to get started on this, is there a
document which helps navigating the sac team space itself? Like how to
check high priority tickets? (Maybe I can work/improve this doc itself).
Not sure.
Please let me know.
