 By proxy you mean proxied in cloudflare?  We should probably get rid of
 the proxy if it is in cloudflare.
 proxy causes all sorts of problems because I think it caches too.

 @lnicola I recall you said you understood why, but I don't.  It would be
 great to proxy download.osgeo.org for example if we can control its
 caching cause it is mostly static.  Last I tried it just caused infinite
 redirect, but maybe it's because we have to completely relinquish the
 https to cloudflare.
