rsync the configuration of the mailboxes is good.
Why would you want me to fix the configuration of mapbender-users and
discuss again (remember they were missing the captcha lines)
Why would you want me to process again the password for gdal-dev?
Admins/users change configurations and we need to port those configurations
into oosgeo9

For me its ok that the configuration of the mailboxes are the same as on
osgeo6
