 For the record: the MX problems is now showing in the new mail server,
 which is failing to find the MX for discourse.osgeo.org and tries to
 connect to the A record instead, which gives a connection refused.

 Discussion about operations and activities performed on the new mail
 server do not belong in this ticket but in #3395
