DNS record and Ansible

Good day all.

While working on https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/3616
I found a few mail-related DNS changed "manually" instead
of with Ansible.

When doing so, please drop the "Managed via Ansible" comment,
or it becomes confusing (I was wondering if it was my Ansible
setup being broken as it reported changes).

If you work on a request having a Trac ticket assigned please
update it with a report of what you did, so we're all on the same page.

PS: I've found traces of report in the chat room but using
    trac is easier to follow.
