[Hosting] SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE: Network Gateway Migration to State Data Center (SDC) - Feb 17

Maintenance is complete!

We experienced a few issues during the migration which caused some outages
but I believe all of them are resolved. We learned from those issues and
hopefully the next set of subnet moves will have less outage time.

As a reminder all of these networks now have IPv6 with SLAAC enabled. I'm
working on properly setting up the OpenStack subnets this afternoon.

The remaining subnets will move one week from today during the same time
window (10am-12pm PST). I'll reach out directly to impacted projects to
confirm they are aware of this outage.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
