[Hosting] Datacenter Migration Update

Hi Everyone,

I am writing to provide an update on our data center migration. As of this
morning, we have finished routing all remaining subnets through the new
data center. This gives us full control over our network configuration and
eliminates the need for further coordination with LinkOregon regarding
subnet subdivision.

To date, we have successfully moved over 180 systems, with approximately 70
remaining. We anticipate completing the entire move by around March 11th.

Please note that OSU plans to begin removing UPS units and racks in April.
If you have co-located equipment and have not yet received a specific email
from us, please contact me immediately. For those migrating from co-located
equipment to our virtualization environment, all work must be completed by
March 30th, at which point we will shut down the network at the old data
center.

This migration has required unplanned expenditures for additional
networking hardware, power and network cabling, cable management, and
temporary  connections to LinkOregon. We have launched a fundraising
