Comment:

 pairs doesn't allow .dev registration so we registered this on Cloudflare
 (per @GrayShade suggestion).  Howard gave me the transfer code. The
 transfer is in process and set to complete in 7 days or less.  I'll assume
 it will go thru fine and reopen this if it doesn't.
