[SeasonOfDocs] Starting to collect Lessons Learned for OSGeo's Season of Docs experience

I find it handy to collect Lessons Learned as you are doing things. So 
I've started OSGeo's Season of Docs Lessons Learned. In summary:

* Let's be clearer of the term "Technical Writer".

* There are a few needy roles for creating good docs, more than just 
Technical Writers.

* A deadline after a public holiday (Easter) presents challenges to 
last-minute touch ups.
