[SeasonOfDocs] TheGoodDocsProject: Starting website content

I've coping content into our website here:

Next I plan to get a license page up so that big organisations can feel
comfortable contributing.
I'm sure the content is not perfect, and I suspect we will likely
completely rewrite it, but I'm hoping that it is good enough for a
placeholder for us.
