[SeasonOfDocs] How are things progressing on the template contribution front?

Hi Cameron,

It's a little hard to tell from the threads, but has there been a decision
about CLA selection? It sort of looked like DCO was chosen over CLA, but
then conversation started back up about Apache-style CLA.
