I like the name we've chosen and don't see it being a problem as long as we
are consistent with naming, eg don't shorten it. See the steps OSGeo goes
to to ensure the "brand" is not confused with other open source efforts

Agreed- I was wondering about CC-By for attribution

Simply so we have a feel for where our templates get used. I'm not wedded
to this though.

How about hosting the website on GitHub- this works well (in my opinion-
it's how we do http://uk.osgeo.org). The downside is that you don't
currently get https but no doubt that will be resolved. It does stop the
burden and cost of administering and owning the hosting and makes it easy
for multiple people to contribute to it.
