[SeasonOfDocs] Geonetwork Quick Start guide as google document

Hi All,

As discussed in last Thursday's Geonetwork call, I've turned the Quick
Start section of the Geonetwork documentation into a google doc. The
provided link should allow you to view and comment on it. I have made a
first pass at it myself- everyone is welcome to take a look.
