[SeasonOfDocs] PSC vote on domain purchase

Hi All,

I was going to hold this open for a week, but I realised we have at least 6
+1s from the PSC so this vote carries.

To the best of my knowledge the voting was as follows:

   - Cameron Shorter +1
   - Felicity Brand +1
   - Jo Cook +1 (proposed)
   - Jennifer Rondeau no vote
   - Jared Morgan +1
   - Erin McKean +1
   - Clarence Cromwell +1
   - Becky Todd no vote

Let me know if my records are incorrect, but otherwise I confirm we can go
ahead with the domain purchases.
