I'm leaving this vote open for another 24 hours to give the last couple of
PSC members chance to vote on this. To the best of my knowledge the votes
so far are as follows:

- Cameron Shorter abstained
- Felicity Brand no vote
- Jo Cook +1 (proposed)
- Jennifer Rondeau no vote
- Jared Morgan +1 (seconded)
- Erin McKean +1
- Clarence Cromwell +1
- Becky Todd no vote
