Hi Andrew,

I use Atom editor with some extra packages:

* language-restructuredtext
* higlight selected
* minimap

I use Atom to write also code (manly actually) but I think it is a great
editor also for text.

BTW, for some nice and quick rst text previews you can simply use

http://rst.ninjs.org/#

be aware that it won't work with inline images etc, but still useful for
tables and syntax helping
