[SeasonOfDocs] Acceptance into Season of Docs 2019

Hi Everyone,

Congratulations again for your organization's acceptance into the Season of
Docs program!

I sent out an email yesterday to the organization emails entered into the
"Open source organization's email address" field in the organization
application; however, I received some email bounces and emails saying they
did not receive a notification. Consequently, I am email again and cc'ing
the primary and alternative organization admins directly. Please double
check you organization's email address listed on the participating
organizations page
<https://developers.google.com/season-of-docs/docs/participants/> and let
me know if you need to have it updated.

Sorry for any confusion. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
