[SeasonOfDocs] Getting prepped to be a newbie GeoNetwork tech writing volunteer

Hi Luca,

We could add GRASS to our SeasonOfDocs tasks, but we should be careful
to ensure we have enough volunteers to ensure any initiative is
sustained beyond the core 3 (maybe 6) months writing time [0]. Note, we
are only expecting 1 or 2 paid senior tech writers for OSGeo - the rest
will be volunteers we bring with us.

I'd suggest:

* Reach out to GRASS community. Let them know about the Season of Docs
initiative, and the momentum that is growing around it. Find out if
there are others willing to mentor, or willing to be mentored. Show them
our tips on getting involved [1]

* Write a manifesto of work ideas, similar to what has been done for
QGIS [2] and GeoNework [2]

* Start collaborating on this email list

Cheers, Cameron
