Hi guys,
I progressed things along a little over the weekend.

I've taken Clarence's "How to Contribute" google doc, incorporated the
track changes (I've tagged prior versions of the google docs to make it
easy to see history):

I've copied these into:
https://github.com/thegooddocsproject/thegooddocsproject.github.io/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md

I've also copied into the website:
* LICENSE.md (converted to markdown)
* licenses.md
* CodeOfConduct.md (converted from RST format to markdown, and fixed a
couple of errors I found)
* DCO.txt

I notice I still have a few broken links I'll need to fix, which I'll focus
on next.
