[SeasonOfDocs] Notification: Moving TheGoodDocsProject to new email list

Last week Jo set up thegooddocsproject at groups.io email list, which has 
been working fine, and I haven't heard any objections about it yet.

So, as mentioned in last two meetings, we will now move all our 
conversations for TheGoodDocsProject across to the new list. If you
