[Sentinel-pds] Change of S-2 format

Hi all,

today ESA/EC changed the format of Sentinel-2 L1C products as it was described here:
https://scihub.copernicus.eu/news/News00121

The changes affected ingestion process. However, we managed to work around all newly introduced inconsistencies and download is on-going again. The filenames and the structure on AWS have remained unchanged except the product name, which now has the short SAFE_COMPACT pattern. Unfortunately the contents of some metadata files, which are generated by ESA/EC have changed.
