[Shapelib] ext_shapelib - PHP wrapper for shapelib

Hi,

i've just released a (very alpha) version of ext_shapelib, a
wrapper/extension around shapelib for PHP. It allows access to
shape files from PHP scripts.

Currently, only creation of new shape files plus adding shapes is
supported, but i'm planning read support for upcoming releases.
The extension is available at
