[Shapelib] ESRI ArcView Shape from ShapeLib Zoom/Drawing Problem

Hi all,

we encounter the following problem: We create Polygon-Shapes using the
ShapeLib. ArcView can read the Shapes. We can zoom in but only to a certain
degree. At one Level you can still see the polygon boundaries and on the
next zoom level they are partially gone, and there are triangels drawn
instead of rectangles, or even blank regions.

We also used version 1.2.10.

Does anyone know this problem?

If not, I can provide a sample shapefile and part of the source.
