[Shapelib] Lost location

[Corazao, Tony]

I found a series of shapefiles to help me build a basic world map, but I
seem to have lost their source web page.  Has anyone worked with files
named:

WORCNTRY.SHP

WORCNTRY.SHX

WORCNTRY.DBF

??

They are downloadable in a file called 'world.zip'.  I've got them on my
computer, but I need to know their source web page so that I can give
our CM department info for licensing.
