[Shapelib] No Strong Name

Hi David!

I use the maptools.dll of your Shapelib Project in a
Windows Application with Visual Studio.Net 2003.
When I want to give my Application a Strong Name,
I get the failure message, that the assembly "MapTools"
has no strong name.
How can I change this?
