[SoC] Another missing student...

I was going to help Jody Garnett mentor Michael Craig for a GeoTools
SoC project. We finally tracked Michael down yesterday, and he
informed us that he wouldn't be participating.

So we now have an empty slot. I've let the folks at GeoTools know
about this, and we are going to see if we can quickly come up with a
replacement. I'll report to this list by the end of the day tomorrow
to report on the status of this.
