[SoC] SoC report: homerange analysis in QGIS

Hi all,

this week I released the beta version of the plugin (revision 73). Please refer
to the wiki page for any information about installation and use. 
Then I enabled more features. Testing in Windows has been successful until now,
except for whitespaces paths (have to test if this problem is cross-platform).

Next week I'll activate last two widgets (use selection and show resulting
layers in project).

No blocks at the moment!
