[SoC] JTIN update: major milestone reached

Well, I finally got an import pipeline based around Chew’s DT code found in the OpenJump codebase to work plus hillshades. It took a few rolls of programmer’s duct tape, but it works and I get an image that actually looks like a surface. See the attached .jpg for a rendering of the Matterhorn based off of the Swiss topo point data Stefan pointed me towards. I’ll upload the code to the svn later on this week after I’ve cleaned up some of the grosser stuff. The next week’s task will be to work on the front end to allow more flexible styling as well as icons, invisibility checkbox, and other user friendly features.
