[SoC] Report 2, Udig - Digital Elavation Model

Hi,

This week is very hard and I couldn't finish planned work. I am still 
working
on modul IncrementalDT and documentation. Mainly I remake the main data 
structure
from original KDTree to RTree, which is  part of Geotools. The next week 
I want
to finish documentation and RTree. I will create simple demo and wiki page.
