[SoC] Week 6 - Client Server communication via WSS

This week we had two days of conferences about the 2.0 gvsig
Architecture. Apart from that, the server side has been implemented in
order to filter by a new parameter, the sld version, since clients may
want not to get all the slds but the ones that they can handle. At the
client side, the parser is working in order to read a remote file from
the server and parse it, but i am still working into creating the
right objects (FSymbol object) for gvsig. Hopefully this task will be
completed for next week.
