[SoC] MapServer KML output driver - 9th week report

This week I worked on displaying feature attributes and switching between
vector and raster. I have also tried to find the best way how to generate
kmz zipped output - minizip could be an alternative.

Next week plan:

At this time raster KML output (ground overlay) is generated by Cairo or OGL
renderer, i will try to extend internal rasterizer and implement use of
GD/AGG rendering functions.
