[SoC] GSoC2009 - OpenRouter Report #1

Hi all,

I'm reporting for Ashraf who is out of town.

He and I have been discussing and planning the project of the last 
couple of weeks. Ashraf has made his first code drop and I have put it 
in svn for him and so others can check it out. He is developing in 
VS2005, but I added autotools support for the project so it will build 
under linux.
