[SoC] Fwd: Mapserver KML output driver - 1st week report

Hello,

my name is David Kana and my project is MapServer KML output driver. Here is
my first week report.

Compiled MapServer from sandbox/graphics svn repository.
Created KML renderer skeleton similar to Cairo renderer and OGL renderer.
Discussion about changing renderer function prototypes is pending.
After exploring Google's KML library we have found it too heavy weight only
for writing KML. Libxml2 could fit better to our needs.


Next week plan:
Specify KML output format options
Implement polygon and lines rendering functions
Figure out how to pass layer symbology into renderer
