[SoC] Checking In With Students

I want to briefly check-in with our students.

If you are a student that is interested in working under the OSGeo
umbrella for Summer of Code, and you haven't started work on a project
proposal or been in touch with the programming project you would like
to work with, please let me know.

We may not be able to match you up to a mentor yet, but we want to
make sure you have started talking to the correct people, and that we
have potential mentors in the hopper. This will spare you the pain of
working on a proposal that doesn't have a mentoring project lined up.

Please get in touch with me if you (1) haven't started on your
proposal or (2) haven't had any meaningful contact with the
programming project you want to work for this summer. Do this even if
you've already e-mailed your project idea or project proposal to this
mailing list.

I want to make sure we don't have any students slipping through the cracks.
