[SoC] Google Summer of Code 2010 begins

I've not been accepted this year, but I'd like to thank Wolf and the
rest of the admin for their excellent work. For the students: good
luck, and work hard. It really worths.

I'm going to work in my project, anyway, so, I'll be on the list :-)
