[SoC] My second last week report

Hi,
I was going thorugh several papers about shortest path algorithm latest
trends.
The algorithms are really faster and impressive, though the graph building
take longer time.
But the routing generation time is several hundreds in a sec.

Though in this soc I will not implement those algorithms but I will
implement this after SoC.
