[SoC] My second week report

Hi All,
This week I studied the accourate routing technique. Which means routing
from middle of street. In the previous version this was not considered. I
used the dijkstra's algorithm as usual with virtual node technique. Is
stated below.

1. I studied this technique pros and cons.
2. I implemented partially and its working fine as expected.

This will be finished by tomorrow. The rest days I will design the graph
data structure and file format for multi modal routing support.
