[SoC] Week 2 - gvSIG / SQlite+SpatiaLite

Hi all,

it's been another pretty interesting week of hard studying and test coding.

What have I done:

- tested quite deeply the capabilities of the SQLite-JDBC Driver and its
lacks in supporting SpatiaLite (found several problems)
- studied code of DB support in gvSIG ( libFMap_daldb )
- general review of topological libraries and of GIS' basics
- better comprehension of some sqlite's aspects

What I plan to do next week:

- implement in java main SpatiaLite functions (first of all the function to
decode the SpatiaLite Internal BLOB representation into other usual
representations for geometries)
- probably starting the implmentation of generic sqlite support in gvSIG
