[SoC] Weekly reports #4 wxNviz

Hi,

1) What did I do last week [1]

* I have implemented fringe functionality in wxNviz and CLI tool
nviz_cmd. Fringes drawn by GRASS OpenGL Library are too rough and
don't follow border of the surface very precisely. In the next week I
will take a look also at this issue.

2) What do I plan to do this week [2]

* I am going to implement initial prototype of data querying (rasters)

3) Do I have any problems/obstacle which interfere with my work

* I am having strange problem with ctypes [3]. Hopefully will be fixed soon.
