[SoC] Signing up as a mentor

Hi Wolf,

Same as Stephen, I will be available again to mentor a student for pgRouting
(or OpenRouter) students project. My last years Melange ID was "dkastl". It
seems it's still the same.

I know that Anton Patrushev (my desk neighbour) would be also willing to
mentor a student, but he is out of office for a week or so.

I will update the 2010 ideas page. Thanks, Stephen, for creating the page
already!
