[SoC] GRASS mentor application

Hello all,
I'm Maris Nartiss and I would like to offer my help with GRASS related
project mentoring. As an author of WMS support in wxGUI idea, I'm
ready to step up as a co-mentor for this idea [1]

My first significant contribution to GRASS was in 2006 (r.lake). Since
then I tend to do some small coding for GRASS GUI (gis.m, NVIZ) and
trying to fix some bugs. Nothing serious, just having fun :)
