[SoC] Weekly reports #11 wxNviz

Hi,

1) What do I have completed this week?

I rewrote the code for color rules dialog to use it for thematic
mapping dialog.
I added thematic mapping for symbol size or line width. More problems
and bugs appeared
than I expected so it took me quite a lot of time.


2) What am I going to achieve for next week?

I will continue with thematic mapping (fix bugs, change dialog to
support color rules for vectors).
Because 'pencils down' date is coming I'll update documentation for wxNviz.

3) Is there any blocking issue?

I hope nothing serious will appear.
