[SoC] Weekly Report 12: PyOSSIM Project

Hello,

I have updated the Project page for this week. I was able to progress on
every issue, but not completely. Work is in progress. The testing module is
almost complete. Around 70 more classes were added to base and imaging
modules of pyossim.
